1st H-Bomb Test [1952]

1 Designing Denuclearization: An Interpretive Encyclopedia (Piscataway, New Jersey: Transaction Publishers, 2008). Bruce D. Larkin. xviii + 430 pp., hardcover.

Designing Denuclearization posits denuclearization design as a policy practice to create reasoned alternatives to the nuclearist status quo. The author explores and assesses the difficulties in reaching and sustaining a global ‘zero nuclear weapons’ regime. Sections introduce ‘projects’ in ZNW design.

Each of these is a chronological list of selected documents, with comments by Bruce D. Larkin. The Iraq War is a revelatory case concerning nuclear weapon claims and the difficulty of achieving an agreed view whether nuclear weapons (or a nuclear weapons program) will be found in a country.
